The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. Parking fees were a surprise, adding to the overall cost. I wished for daily maid service, as I had to request fresh towels myself. The in-room Keurig didn't work, which was disappointing. The amenities were decent, but a few improvements would enhance the stay significantly.
